Born in Gifu, I was going out with my dad for trout streams on bait, lure, and tenkara in River Nagara tributaries.
I have learnt fly fishing during junior highschool era, inspired heavily by Fishing Boy Sanpei anime (wearing the same attire as him!) and ever since I am a fly fisher.

I now work for Patagonia Karuizawa based in Nagano chasting trouts in streams, creeks, lakes, and area.
I'm in deep love with trouts!

This is where I met Hiro Kunimi as my mentor learning new tricks in fly fishing experiencing new things.
Just as fishes giving me so much recreation, I would love to give back to them by improving their habitats and environment.
