Whatever the sport or activities you have in mind. If you are taking your gears made of metal, don't go to sea without it. What I usually do is use this spray after every marine game as part of cleaning routine then apply another grease spray when metal parts are completely dry to finish the job.
Kure CRC 6-66 is a spray formula developed to provide cleaning, lubrication, and protection on metal part in one go. It is particularly recommended to use after washing your tackle and gear, because the mixture has especially good water displacement which is essential to protect the metal when still wet.
Also effective when you are cleaning parts begin to form rust.
