Tennouzu Park, Tokyo
Little seabass reside here in the season when water is warming up or cooling down, but large size adult are observed from time to time. Water from Meguro River forms one currrent, and inlet from canal forms another and makes tide line in between. Predators always hunt along that line.
Best time is always when the current is going and it is dark. Never a good place on sunny day or bright time of the day.
