Based on Floating Wakasagi (Japanese smelt) commonly used in Hokkaido Island for trouts and salmons.

It mimics katakuchi iwashi or Japanese anchovy (Engraulis japonica) abundant inshore.

Hook: TMC 811S or Gamakatu B10S
Thread: White
Under body: Form cut out into desired fish shape
Reflective sheet pasted on both side
Over body: Mylar tube
Over body & tail: Upper: melty hair tan or olive
Lower: melty hair white
Eye: Sticker eye
Dressing: Sili coat
