Fly Fishing in South Korea
South Korea is home for 2 salmonidae species. Western side of the penninsula facing Yellow Sea hosts lenock (Brachymystax lenok) and the eastern side of the penninsula facing Sea of Japan hosts seema or identical species of cherry salmon (aka cherry trout).
It is the closest location from Japan where you can fish for lenock unless you'd love to travel to China, Mongolia or Pacific Russia.
