Fly Fishing Competiton Rules
Competition Rule by FIPS Mouche:
1. Length of eligible fish to be determined by rule modification
2. For each eligible fish caught, 100 points awarded
3. Plus 20 points to each centimeter
4. Each scoring session comprises at least 3 hours
5. At least 3 sessions must be provided
